One Time ADHD Consultation

Looking for individual support but not sure that you need therapy? 
You can book a one-time online ADHD consultation. These consults are 45-minutes in length and are designed to help you understand an ADHD Diagnosis, find guidance on seeking a diagnosis, knowing what your best treatment options are, resources for you, and advocacy support in seeking accommodations. If you are just beginning your ADHD journey and want specific and individualized guidance, this is a great place to start!

ADHD Parent Support Group

Has your child been diagnosed with ADHD? Or do you suspect that they have it? Do you often feel overwhelmed and frustrated when trying to parent your ADHD child? 
Here you will find a community of other moms who are going through the same ups and downs as you, while being guided by a therapist and ADHD Coach. 
We offer a 4-week online support group for busy moms trying to parent their ADHD child in a world of constant information overload. Includes education, diagnosis information, resources, and guidance on how to advocate for your child in the school system.

Integrative Evaluation & Diagnosis

If you suspect that your child has ADHD and are seeking a diagnosis (or would like to rule it out), we offer a 3 phase assessment specifically designed to assess for ADHD and challenges with executive functioning. 
We utilize a whole family approach, and include parents/guardians in this process. The assessment is typically completed in 3 phases: 
1. Testing Administration
2. Parent Meeting with a Licensed Therapist and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
3. Family Feedback Session

We are a paperless office, so we ask that all of our clients complete their paperwork via our client portal at least 2 days prior to your first session.

You will receive access to your client portal through email after scheduling your intake.
​*Please be aware that if we have not received the completed paperwork prior to your appointment, your session may be canceled until paperwork is received.*
